We replicated the Client's entire ecosystem in Salesforce from scratch, which involved creating a huge number of Objects, their relevant fields, Flows, apex triggers and classes etc. This allowed the Client to have the system modified/customized as frequently, as much as needed.

We implemented the functionality where once a Job Seeker uploaded his/her information on the portal, the system would find a suitable employer based on some parameters, and send the job seekers info to them, for further contact.

We added the activity section from where either party could post updates/send emails.

We implemented and orchestrated an internal system for the Support team to handle all the Customer Added a calling feature in the portal from where the job-seeker would be able to make calls to the employer.
